We use Typeform S.L. as our data collection agent.  Your information will be collected and stored on their system.  Typeform S.L. is a GDPR compliant service provider.  Please refer to Typeform S.L. ‘s private policy (https://admin.typeform.com/to/dwk6gt) for their privacy policy.

How information about you will be used and for what purpose

In order to subscribe through the website, we shall collect essential personal information such as your email address, ETH address, full name, country of residence, residential address, passport or national identification number, and whether you are a Chinese or US national and any additional information required.   These information are essential for us to authenticate a purchase from you.  We will also send your information to KYC agencies for legal compliance and background check purposes.  These procedures are for the purpose of ensuring that we are complying to the regulations that we are subject to.

We do not trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes that is not directly related to our own operations.

All the data you provided will be stored by Typeform S.L.. We do not keep any of your data on our own system.  Please refer to Typeform S.L. ‘s private policy (https://admin.typeform.com/to/dwk6gt) for how they protect the data in their system.

We shall keep your data on the Typeform system for a period of up to seven years so as to comply with the regulations for business records keeping that we are subject to.
